1) open up \etc\yum.repos.d
2) make a file called virtualbox.repo
3) paste into it:

name=Fedora $releasever - $basearch - VirtualBox

4) Save and close

5) rpm –import oracle_vbox.asc

6) install ONE of the dependency

yum install gcc kernel-devel kernel-headers
 ## PAE kernel users install ##
yum install gcc kernel-PAE-devel kernel-headers
 7) yum list VirtualBox*

8) yum install VirtualBox-XXXXX

9)Add VirualBox user to vboxusers group

usermod -a -G vboxusers user_name

10) VirtualBox (to start it)
